I have read JJ Smith's book on losing Belly Fat. I am delighted with the book. Not only does Ms. Smith tell you what not to eat but
why and how to prepare foods (through normal household cleansing) if you cannot afford Organic foods (sometimes a little pricey).
I love the idea that Ms. Smith gives us choices and why. Eat this but balance it with that...try this and if that doesn't work with you (because everyone is not the same) try this. I love it. The first time I have ever read a book that was so informative and easily to following regarding getting rid of BELLY FAT WITHOUT EXERCISE. Couple this book with Ms. Smith's 10 Day Green Smoothie Cleanse and not only will you look good but you will FEEL good.

If you read the review and think this sounds too good to be true, it's because it is. Actually, I was looking for a way to lose belly fat WITH exercise, but I found this on my search and it seemed great. But here's the thing: the seven "foods" you're not supposed to eat are actually seven ingredients, and even that is stretching it. White flour and white rice counts as one "food", all sodas and fruit juices count as another. White salt is one. Seriously. White salt is a food? The others are artificial sweeteners, sugar, trans fats (anything fried) and saturated fat (like beef and dairy.) So you do the math - how many foods include some combination of flour, rice, salt, sugar, or fat? A LOT! And yes, I know this isn't rocket science, but I guess I didn't need to spend eight dollars to be told to stay away from this stuff. I thought it would be a lot more specific, and more doable.

That said, there is still good advice in here, and I am planning to use a lot of her tips. Just know what you're getting into when you buy this book. It's not the easy fix she makes it sound like.

I purchase the 10 day Green Smoothie Cleanse and lost 14lbs. In addition, my skin improved, as did my overall health and sugar levels. After the cleanse I purchased 6 ways to lose Belly Fat, and could not be happier. Lots of information for woman (and men) with hormone issues and stubborn belly fat. I HIGHLY recommend this book! I am a recovering sugar-a-holic, and I have NEVER been able to break my cravings. With her systems, I am now able to walk away from sweets and have changed my life, and my health!

I started following the information in this book after I completed the first 10 days of the 10 Day Green Smoothie Cleanse. JJ's book is informative and so easy to follow. Since following her advice, I have went from a 39 inch waist to a 32 inch waist. If the instructions are followed, the belly fat will flee! Wonderful book!

This book will most likely not reveal anything you already didn't know. But if you decide to abide by it -- it works! Seriously, I lost 5 lbs in just one week by cutting out most carbs and sugar and replacing with lots of protein and vegetables. Fat-free Fage yogurt with Manuka honey has been a saviour! Also recommend adding MCT oil and Monolaurin to your diet and watch the fat come off and muscle mass increase.

I was so impressed with JJ Smith's 10-Day Green Smoothie Cleanse (day 6 and I'm already down 8 pounds) that I could not wait to read her newest book! 6 Ways to Lose Belly Fat Without Exercise is very informative! JJ Smith not only identifies the culprits that cause stubborn belly fat but also arms you with the information and the tools to combat it!

JJ Smith is awesome. This book along with her other two books, 10 Day Green Smoothie Cleanse and Lose weight without dieting has taught me how to lose weight and keep it off while being healthy at the same time! Thank you JJ.

JJ does an exceptional job at writing as though she's sitting in the same room with you. The book is full of familiar information, but it is conveyed in away that makes you have a light bulb moment.

Not that great. Stick to her other books. Kinda a repeat of what she has written. Buy 10 day green smoothie cleanse it's much better
