Book Description

June 18, 2009 1933102810 978-1933102818 1
Profits drive business. But when the economy does a nosedive, profits don't seem easy to come by. Now with this revised and updated classic of battle-tested strategies for reducing overhead, improving revenues, securing financing, improving cash flow - you can enhance the profitability of your organization no matter what's happening in the economy.

Written by two successful entrepreneurs and business consultants, '100 Ways' provides not only the strategies but also space to create your own Master Profit Plan. At the end of each chapter is a mini-action plan with space to jot down your own ideas while they are fresh, prioritize them, designate a responsible manager to implement each, set a date for action, and project a potential dollar amount each idea will generate. At the end of the book, use your Master Profit Plan to prioritize and strategize and put them into action to bring profits to your bottom line.
