I had the pleasure of working with this teacher and let me tell you - she is amazing! Every day that I was there I learned so much about the art of teaching. As soon as I heard about her new book I grabbed it from the book store and have been recommending it to my colleagues. You will not be disappointed!

I found this book a bit wordy and academic (surprise!) but thought it was a good read. My son has taken a liking to the arts and being art "want to bees" ourselves we wanted to be truly supportive of his development. I tried out a few of the techniques with our sons (4 and 9 years old). Most of them hit and a few missed, but it could be the teacher:P Overall happy with my purchase addition.
