5.0 out of 5 stars Sounds like School Rock, January 11, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: We the People: An Introduction to American Politics (Full Sixth Edition (with policy chapters)) (Hardcover)
This was my college text for American Politics. The chapters go thru the constitution, describes how policies and parties came about. I thought the book went a bit too much into the "opinions & views" of each topic with what men, women, foreigners, blacks poor, rich (etc) each thought. It should have just focused on the facts of the constitution, as the class was too short to accommodate the whole book. I guess this might be a good book to read if you needed to pass a citizenship test. EVERY AMERICAN should know this stuff out of high school...
