Recently, I picked up both the Mothman Soundtrack & A Tribute To Fatboy Slim, well let me tell ya, I never even opened the Mothman Soundtrack. I have been glued to this thing non-stop, I am spinning this like a tilt-a-whirl. In fact this CD is so additictive that my lousey, good for nothing ex-girlfriend caused this to be a casualty of a Raver divorce! Needless to say I am ordering a new one today, and I am will be sure to choose my future lovers with a more skeptical eye.

I would actually give this a NEGATIVE-3 Rating, if I could. This is absolutely, positively the worst piece of junk I have heard in probably my entire life. Like an idiot, I went and (legally) downloaded 2 tracks from this album, without previewing it here first. I also took into account the one glowing review it got from this poor, misguided soul. (I would rather hear the Mothman soundtrack, believe me.)
Let me tell you what this is. This is Fatboy Karaoke. Period. It's goofy people, with goofy voices, singing on top of really goofy re-makes of Fatboy songs. These are NOT other artists re-mixing Fatboy songs, using all the tracks from the originals; these are really really bad Karaoke versions of Fatboy tunes. You could do better than this on your home computer - with the worst of music-creation software and a $5 microphone.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Norman Cook should never have allowed his name on this - if it was within his ability to choose, that is. I can't help but hope and pray that it wasn't, for his sake. Shame on anyone who had a hand in this awful, terrible thing.
Let us never speak of it again.
