Inspirational & Practical!,
By A Customer
This review is from: The Wealthy Pauper (Paperback)
This book will definitely become a classic and I'm glad I was one of the lucky few to get an advance copy from fabman himself. The book is such a great read and the story is simply awesome. I got chills down my arms while I read it and it made me stop and say "Hey, I could do that" when it came to investing or starting a business. That's the type of book The Wealthy Pauper is: inspirational AND very practical. You'll want to read it with a highlighter because it's just packed with great information. My only knock on the book is that I wish the section for the third year was a bit longer. The section titled Start Small to Finish Big reads like a primer for every entrepreneur in training.

I LOVED IT AND SO WILL YOU!!!,
By A Customer
This review is from: The Wealthy Pauper (Paperback)
I LOVED this book and learned so much from it! The story is unbelievable (going from nothing to a million dollar net worth in three years). I've read articles of people who have done it faster, but I just never knew how they did it. Now I have a great virtual mentor in the Wealthy Pauper that "shows" me how to do it. I can't wait to apply all the lessons I learned. This book will definitely be one of the best books you read in the area of wealth-building and creating a better life for yourself. The breadth of topics that the author covered is incredible...and in such a short book! It was well worth the read. Buy this book today and read it cover to cover. You'll be glad you did.

What a Story,
By A Customer
This review is from: The Wealthy Pauper (Paperback)
Simply put, this is 192 pages of masterful writing. I read the book in one sitting because I couldn't help but finish it. It's that good of a story and it helped me rethink how I was approaching my life and financials. The book kind of reminded me of Horatio Alger's stories and other "Rags to Riches" stories I've read BUT it went further into the "How To" that's often missing in other books. It was definitely worth the money... especially since the author is donating 50% of his profits to charity. Buying this book is a definite win-win situation!

Wealthy Pauper...how about Wealthy Author?,
By Hans (Mill Valley,CA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The Wealthy Pauper (Paperback)
I got this book at the library (interloan) and I have to say this is dead last in financial self help books.
If you have the time and inclination, by all means go ahead and read it...but I would recommend many books before this; Millionaire Next Door, Richest Man in Babylon, Think & Grow Rich, How to Win Friends and Influence People, anything by William Nickerson or John T. Reed...or Stephen King for that matter. Honestly, after reading 50+ books on financial freedom, this book has the dubious distinction of a singular 'a-ha' moment; I realized that if this guy can write a book like this - anyone can. In short, don't bother...the 3 hours it takes from your life would be better off with your kids, your pets, or your dentist (come on - you know you need it). Alternatively, buy it yourself. If for no other reason that encouraging the author in you (but please don't take my word for it).

The Wealthy Pauper Review,

This review is from: The Wealthy Pauper (Paperback)
After buying the Richet Man in Babylon, go out and buy this book. It's a must read for anyone serious about building a business of their own and being financially FREE. It's filled with great advice that I found to be truly inspirational. Kudos to Marciano for doing an excellent job putting all these great "principles" of wealth building into such an amazing story.

By A Customer
This review is from: The Wealthy Pauper (Paperback)
If you are interested in starting your own business and/or becoming wealthy this is a must read. Great story format presenting lots of information that most books like this leave out. This is just not a pump you up story, but includes lots of useful tactics and information for success. If your are an entrepreneur this book needs to be on your bookshelf...

Theoretical and practical information, a very good read,
By Scott E Johnson (MN, United States) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The Wealthy Pauper (Paperback)
How can you achieve personal wealth? It's about changing your mindset and this book can guide you in theory and practical thoughts needed to do this. Many references are drawn from very good sources. These cross references link other author's stories together into one contiguous frame of thought. Finally, the book has a wonderful motivational story to help drive it's point home. Very well written and will remain in my library forever.

Mesmorizing Rags to Riches Story,

This review is from: The Wealthy Pauper (Paperback)
The Wealthy Pauper is a book I started and could not put down. Though it sounds like a fairy-tale, it is a true story of how a homeless man one day, decided he couldn't live his life on the streets with no direction anymore. That day, he met a man who saw something in him, something that said Fabio was better than this. That man coached him and in 3 years, Fabio went from a bum on the streets to a humble millionaire.

Message-OK, Messenger-very poor,
This review is from: The Wealthy Pauper (Paperback)
I was appalled at the lack of editing, the poor grammar and the number of typos in this book. Perhaps others could overlook it. I was constantly distracted and therefore found it difficult to muster any respect for the author. In addition, I felt that it was written for a rather uneducated audience, for folks who couldn't analyze and think for themselves. The conversations of the characters were overstated. In general, the concept of the book was ok, not spectacular, but the format was undigestible.
