For French Toast, pan cakes and grilled sandwiches this is the best Skillet I have ever owned. Nothing stick, browns evenly and cleans up in a breeze.

I bought this to replace an old Wearever griddle that I had used for many years. When the new griddle got hot it bowed up in the middle and all the shortening ran to the edges. This made it very difficult to use without burning some items. I replaced it with a better griddle.
