I have been looking for a rack that would fit a half-sized sheet pan (18x13). I needed one that would not sag in the middle when a large ham was placed on it. This rack is great. It has a support bar in the middle of the rack (like the ones on each end of the rack) that will support as much weight as I want to put on it. It is made of heavy gauge metal and fits perfectly in the half-size sheet pan. The bars are spaced close enough to roast small items as well. The actual dimentions of this rack are 16.5" x 11.5". I can recommend this rack whole heartedly.

01/02/09 UPDATE...I loaded this rack down with chicken wings which have a tendency to stick to most pans and grill baskets I've used. The no stick surface worked pretty well and clean up was easy after cooking in in the oven for one hour. I still like this rack.

Plenty of room for baked goods and with the center supports, it will hold most anything. Nice to have SOMETHING that does what it should, as it should. Made in Taiwan so at least we are buying from the good guys.

Fits nicely in my jelly roll pans so that if needed, I can cook on them or use to drain. Also very durable.

Finally I found a rack that fits exactly my Nordicware half-sheet pans. I've purchased others that say they fit-- but did not since they were too big. Finally a company that knows how to measure their items correctly. Yeah!

I just got this rack last week and last night I baked some oven fried chicken on it. It performed very well. Very sturdy. You could easily put a heavy turkey or ham on it with no sagging whatsoever. No sticking. Cleanup was a breeze and it perfectly fits into my half sheet pans...I mean it is an exact fit....like a glove. I have been looking so long for such a rack and now my search is at an end. I'm coming back for another for my sister soon.

I love this cooling rack so much so that I need to buy another one.
It has served me well since I bought it.
It is sturdy and it not design to fail over time.

Gave these along with cookie sheets for a bridal shower gift. Nice size and good weight. Pleased with the purchase.

commercial grade heavy duty,sized for home use.the non-stick surface was unexpected but was a plus.

I have four of these racks, bought them on a "buy 4 pay for 3" promotion from Amazon. Great deal! They're heavy gauge metal with six legs and thus very sturdy. Large, too -- each one easily holds two dozen 2-inch cookies. The Teflon coating seems thick and should prevent rust, which was the problem with my old racks that these replaced. However, I'm not going to put these in the dishwasher, just to be sure. I don't think you can beat these for the price.
