Crafted of hard-anodized aluminum, this 8-piece cookware set from WearEver features nonstick interiors to prevent food from sticking, as well as for easy cleaning. The set includes a 10-inch skillet with lid, 1- and 2-quart sauce pans with lids, and a 5-quart Dutch oven with lid. Hard-anodized aluminum has been given a special finish to protect it from corrosion. It is a good conductor of heat and the special finish makes it stick-resistant. The set's nonstick interiors are safe to use with metal utensils. Cookware that is "safe for use with metal utensils" is safe with most metal utensils, such as forks, spoons and spatulas. Do not cut or use rotary beaters in the cookware. Extremely sharp utensils, such as knives, may scratch the nonstick surfaces. The pieces are crafted with stay-cool handles riveted on for durability. Glass lids seal in moisture and nutrients while cooking and allow for see-through convenience. Hand washing is recommended for care. The set comes backed by a lifetime warranty.

I purchased my set on sale, and for the money (60.00) found it to be a good value. I measured the aluminum thickness 2.5mm vs 3.7mm on my Simply Calphalon pan. The nonstick surface is good quality, better than some of the cheaper sets I looked at. No nonstick cookware lasts forever, so I figured this hard anodized set was fine for now. Hard anodized really heats evenly but you have to hand wash them, so the owner is not likely to be too hard on this set. Calphalon makes a cleaner for hard anodized that keeps them looking like new. I wont feel bad if I buy a new set in a few years as this set is performing nicely in terms of cooking, just not very heavy. There are much heavier sets that go on sale all the time for approx. 100.00, so if faced with paying full price for this set I would hesitate. Good overall performance but only for a price point on a budget.

I absolutely love this cookware! It is very easy to cook with and nothing sticks to it! When you're cooking you can use any type of utensil and it doesn't scratch the surface. Cleaning is a breeze too! Washing them by hand takes no time at all cause once they're in the hot water for a minute or two, they clean super easy. Even if you have stuck on foods, they easily come off in washing. These are the best cookware I've ever had and I will continue to get hard-anodized cookware. They're not too expensive either; a great addition to a newlywed's kitchen, like myself. Wearever's cookware is just as good as those expensive brands, but much less expensive. I recommend this cookware set! You'll love it!

We love this cookware set. Have been using it for about a month now. It is so easy to clean and pots heat up real fast on the electric coil which makes it much faster to cook. Cleaning is super easy as nothing really sticks to them at all. Highly recommended.
