Editorial Reviews

Succumbing to the stresses of work and romance, a Seattle morning weather anchor  (Tricia O’ Kelley) melts down live on-air. Closing in on forty, she is now unemployed, lacks career prospects, and must cope with her cheating boyfriend (Mark Harmon)—a devilishly handsome newscaster. Weather Girl is a slice of life comedy about reckoning the difference between growing old and growing up.

Enjoyable all the way through. Mark Harmon plays the guy women love to hate and I enjoyed seeing Jon Cryer's performance, too. Tricia O'Kelley is always a pleasure to watch. I highly recommend for a great date flick!

This independent film is very entertaining, funny, romantic, solid script, good performances. Mark Harmon gets to play a completely different type of character instead of the tough guy and does well. My wife and I both enjoyed this film.

This was a very well-written production. The actors are very convincing in their roles, and the comedy is very sophisticated. We really enjoyed it a lot. If you know Seattle, you will recognize the usual landmarks, and the walk below the Pike Street Market.

I am a huge Mark Harmon fan and thought it was great to see him in such an unusual role. Could have used more of him in the film, but it was titled "Weather Girl" for a reason.

I thought this movie was cute and entertaining. It's light hearted and good for several chuckles. I appreciate low budget independent movies. The focus is on relationships rather than expense.

The actors are ok in this movie. If you're looking for a cheesy overload and nice little comedy for a night in, this is the one!

Although I found most of "Weather Girl" fairly standard rom-com (still not a bad thing)....my favorite parts were Tricia O'Kelley's
two meltdowns on camera (one at either end of the movie). Actually, she "melts down" because her co-anchor has been wanting
his way with her, but I couldn't help thinking...why aren't there more like her in real local TV news? I'd just once love to see
someone like Ms. O'Kelley tell some dimwit local anchor to stop insulting people's intelligence. You go, girl!

Its OK to watch once, I was expecting more from this movie, since Mark Harmon is in it. Not too much action, very slow
