From The Author,
By
This review is from: Weather Warfare: The Military's Plan to Draft Mother Nature (Paperback)
In April of 1997 United States Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen said: "Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves." He made this statement at a conference on Terrorism, Weapons of Mass Destruction and U.S. Strategy in his official capacity as the US Secretary of Defense; thus this can be taken as an official position of the United States. Further he used the word "are," not "could," "might" or "maybe sometime in the future." He further added: "It's real, and that's the reason why we have to intensify our efforts." If the United States Secretary of Defense says that the earth and the sky have been turned into weapons, and are being used as such in present time, I believe we should take this statement very seriously.
"WEATHER WARFARE: The Military's Plan to Draft Mother Nature" is not "conspiracy theory." This book has almost no theory and very little speculation. All the conclusions reached are the logical ones based on the presented facts. This is not "tabloid journalism." This is straight scientific reporting at a layman's level. I present solid evidence from military and scientific sources that intentional environmental modification (EnMod) is the 600-pound gorilla at the global warming debate that everyone is pretending isn't there. In my 1998 book "HAARP: The Ultimate Weapon of the Conspiracy" I used HAARP (the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program) as a springboard to talk about globalist agendas such as the New World Order and Agenda 21. While there are passing references to Globalism in WEATHER WARFARE I keep such speculation to a minimum. That book was about the "who" and "why" behind the HAARP program, where this book documents the reality of intentional EnMod, and the threat to health and security it poses. The heart of "WEATHER WARFARE: The Military's Plan to Draft Mother Nature" is proof that EnMod, which most people believe to be science fiction, is actually science fact and that we have neither the political nor legal infrastructure in place to deal with this technology. Addressed at length is the dismal failure of the 1978 United Nations EnMod Convention, which prohibits the use of environmental modification as a weapon of war. The unaddressed issue of ongoing intentional EnMod by various militaries, terrorists and civilians is a key factor skewing the evidence in the global warming/climate change debate and as such is of gravest importance. The politics of the 21st century, and possibly our survival as a species, will turn on how this debate plays out. Despite the title, it is not just "The Military." A book's title is not precisely its contents, but rather a cry from the bookshelf to get a potential reader's attention. This book is about a great deal more than just the weather or the military. It is about the whole environment: earth, air and sea; it is about a lot of players: academic, commercial and military; with a lot of objectives: financial, militaristic and political. There is substantial difference between climate and weather. Robert A. Heinlein wrote "climate is what you expect, weather is what you get." Mainstream science recognizes that man does have the ability to alter the weather on a limited scale intentionally, and to alter the climate on a vast scale unintentionally. I present solid evidence that what can be done intentionally is far greater than what the mainstream is willing to or able to admit. "WEATHER WARFARE: The Military's Plan to Draft Mother Nature" covers the history of "weather control" from the Rain Makers of the 1890s through the development of cloud seeding in the middle of the twentieth century, to today's "off the shelf" technologies of precipitation enhancement, hail suppression and fog dispersal. I cover the many programs to manipulate hurricanes, such as Project Cirrus and Project Stormfury, and what evidence there is of being able to control hurricanes in the 21st Century. It also covers Defense Secretary Cohen's claim that "Others ... can ... set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves." Starting with Nicola Tesla's earthquake machine of the 1890s I trace the possibility of "earthquakes on demand" from the development of a "tsunami bomb" during World War II (as revealed by documents recently declassified by the New Zealand government), through Project Faultless which caused a massive earthquake in the Nevada desert after a high yield atom bomb was intentionally detonated on a fault line, to evidences of human initiation of several major quakes and the 2004 Christmas tsunami with "scalar" or other electromagnetic waves. Also included is an update on recent developments at HAARP. I analyze what they are willing to admit to having done with it and where the program may go in the future. The US Air Force insists that it has no interest in "controlling the weather" yet HAARP represents the expenditure of hundreds of millions of dollars and a decade of research and construction in a program whose avowed purpose is to modify the atmosphere. What, if any, is the difference between "modifying the atmosphere" and "controlling the weather"? This book also examines claims that chemicals are being deliberately injected into our atmosphere by high-flying planes that are criss-crossing our skies with "chemtrails." First I examine the environmental issues associated with jet aircraft condensation trails (contrails), which are indeed grave. Then I reveal that Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) and numerous other national and international panels of scientists have extensively, and expensively, studied ways to mitigate global warming through schemes called "geo-engineering." Edward Teller, father of the hydrogen bomb and Associate Director of LLNL, actually advocated putting up a "sunscreen" to save the Earth. He proposed injecting aluminum and barium dust particles high into the atmosphere to increase the amount of solar energy being reflected out into space as a way to offset the heating by greenhouse gases. Many scientific boards and committees have looked into this proposal and found it technologically feasible, but recognized that the legal and environmental hurdles would be too high to overcome to implement such a project--if done openly, so some proposed doing it covertly! Are they? Packed with hundreds of quotes, the environmental mayhem documented in this 381-page book is founded on a solid base of mainstream scientific, military and media sources. If you are researching this topic you may well find the 31-page bibliography to be worth the price of the book alone! Also included are three appendices which include the full text of the EnMod Convention and more than 150 EnMod patents granted by the United States Patent Office.

Become an Export on Weather Warfare with One Simple Book!,

This review is from: Weather Warfare: The Military's Plan to Draft Mother Nature (Paperback)
Have you ever been at a party and REALLY wanted to impress your friends during their conspiracy conversations with a dissertation on weather warfare? Yeah me neither, usually my interest in the subjects of the conspiracy kind relegate me to the dark corners while other speak of football and politics (although politics are fun too..). But if you did you need to read this book!
After reading Weather Warfare you'll be like a rockstar on the subject of weather warfare. Jerry Smith does all the heavy lifting for you, and what resulted is a very well written, easy reading book which walks you through not only the current state of 21st century weather modification but also a step by step history of the subject. From the barn stormers of the 20's to HAARP to beyond, its all here. And that brings me to another subject.. One of my biggest personal pet peeves in conspiracy/ufo/alternative information books is that you pickup a book out of interest in hopes of learning something interesting and new. But the author of the book assumes you have some level of knowledge about the subject and this makes the book harder to interpret and understand. Jerry Smith on the other hand starts at ground zero, and takes your hand. Then together you walk through the whole subject step by step, and when you are done, you know where we've come from and where we are going. He also provides plenty of additional resources to keep learning as well as a wonderful website which will further your education. If you travel in these circles that continuing education and the resources he provides are priceless as this kind of subject is constantly evolving. Well footnoted, and illustrated Weather Warfare is a wonderful book I'd recommend to everyone interested in HAARP, DARPA, and black projects. My final word on this book - When you finish Weather Warfare you will not only feel like an expert on Weather Modification you will be one. It's that good. Really!

The US Government's war against it's Citizens,
By
This review is from: Weather Warfare: The Military's Plan to Draft Mother Nature (Paperback)
This book is amazing. The information in is very thought provoking. The opening quote by a top government official on how the US needs to participate in biological and environmental warfare is shocking, except for those of us who know what the US Gov't has done in the past (i.e. 9/11 was an inside job). It explains in detail ways that the US has attempted to manipulate weather and earthquakes in the past and desires to do so with even greater effort in the future. HAARP is a sci-fi style weapon that will likely be secretly used against the American people by their own government.
Excellent information.

Great book that may open your eyes,
This review is from: Weather Warfare: The Military's Plan to Draft Mother Nature (Paperback)
Jerry E Smith's Weather Warfare combines known fact with mere speculation. A lot of the book is really piecing together weather phenomenon that have taken place in the past century and digs deep into the powers unknown but known to exist. Included are lists of dozens of patents made inside the US and many explanations regarding weather control devices. Mentioned known scientists would include Nickolai Tesla and his Earthquake machine, and reports of one of his experiments going wrong. I realize that a lot of the times Jerry would go off track a little bit, but that is only speculation and doesn't harm the reader at all to know a little bit extra. Overall this book was well worth the read and I recommend it to those who don't believe all the garbage being told to them.

Enmods- a double edge sword!,

This review is from: Weather Warfare: The Military's Plan to Draft Mother Nature (Paperback)
Whether it is to weaken hurricanes or to create better snow fall for ski resorts environmental modifications certainly go against the grain of ecological ethic. The question that must be asked by everyone now is how much modifications and manipulation can our earth endure before she starts to rebel. Weather Warfare takes the reader into the dark world of chemtrail conspiracies, UFOs and earth quakes on demand! The book also revisits Tesla and HAARP. The book ends with the conspiracy that the chemtrails are due to some type of additive "they" are putting into the jet fuel. Could this be the new world order or an attempt to dehumanize the world? Issues like HAARP, Chemtrails, and Environmental Modifications must be brought to the attention of the public ASAP for the well being of this planet. All people must do is read and Jerry E Smith is my recommended read for everyone. It's up to everyone to do their small part to make this world a better place. You can start with educating your self with literature. I also must state the any book published by the Adventures Unlimited Press is of top quality information. I am patiently awaiting Mr. Smith's next book.

Apply nature as a weapon,
By Midwest Book Review (Oregon, WI USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Weather Warfare: The Military's Plan to Draft Mother Nature (Paperback)
Adventures Unlimited Press primarily publishes metaphysical and paranormal titles, yet Weather Warfare: The Military's Plan to Draft Mother Nature is an in-depth examination of modern military efforts to effectively "draft mother nature" - by applying the latest technology to manipulate weather patterns and possibly even natural disasters for military advantage. Weather Warfare covers both known historical incidents and speculation of unproven theories concerning military efforts. From simple rain-making to the possibility of earthquakes on demand to chemtrails, geoengineering, and much more, Weather Warfare touches upon a broad range of dimensions and demands open to military scrutiny. Though part of Weather Warfare is devoted to exploring unproven conjecture, its evidence of past military escapades and efforts to apply nature as a weapon is quite convincing in its own right. Highly recommended.

Control the Weather; Wage the War; Lose the Planet,
This review is from: Weather Warfare: The Military's Plan to Draft Mother Nature (Paperback)
Primitive peoples once shook their spears at the heavens and chanted to entice the gods to favor them with rain or otherwise change the weather. Around the turn of the century, experimenters began seeding clouds with various chemicals that sometimes encouraged a much-needed downpour. That was a hundred years ago.
Technology has advanced. In WEATHER WARFARE, Jerry E. Smith reveals technology so sophisticated that it can alter weather patterns, trigger earthquakes, shake volcanoes into eruption, and initiate tsunamis. Massively budgeted projects play with powerful environment-busting science, and the militaries of various nations are the biggest users...and abusers. So potentially devastating are environmental modification (ENMOD) threats that U.S. Representative Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio) submitted legislation to Congress in 2001 that would have banned such systems. Other political leaders have similarly expressed concern that militaries are experimenting with and even deploying environment-altering technology that may be globally destructive. Smith's heavily researched and thoroughly documented book tugs the reader along like a novel, unveiling frightening technologies, conspiracies, and agendas that may be altering our lives and generating a host of negative environmental effects throughout the entire planet. WEATHER WARFARE is easily understood by the layman and avoids dense technical explanations. Even so, this reader would have been fascinated to see more technical detail in some areas, such as how earth-penetrating electromagnetic waves are theorized to interact with certain types of geology and cause earthquakes. Mixed with the hard facts are some scary conspiracy theories that range from the highly believable to the outlandish, and Smith neither endorses nor dismisses them. (They're all interesting anyway!) WEATHER WARFARE is an important book; required reading by those who wish to remain vigilant in their support of democracy (and survival!); and entertaining reading for those who enjoy their conspiracy theories frightening and laced with a heavy dose of truth.

As with a previous book of his ( Secrets of the Holy Lance: The Spear of Destiny in History & Legend ) Jerry delivered us an informative book about something a lot of people won't know too terribly much about. This book leaves the reader informed and hungry to learn more. I highly recommend it as well as his aforementioned book.

Mother Nature in the Military,

This review is from: Weather Warfare: The Military's Plan to Draft Mother Nature (Paperback)
Another great ready from Jerry E. Smith!
Weather Warfare takes you from the history of weather modification starting with the rainmakers and on through to the present. Smith uses he research abilities to back it up with facts and not speculations or theories, providing the reader with diagrams; patent numbers; website references and more. Weather Warfare gets you to think about what is happening around you. Are some "natural" disasters even natural? Why control the weather and what exactly could it be used for? Jerry discusses the possible connections that HAARP may have with certain events in our history as well as the chemtrail controversy. These may just be the answers to those questions and more. Jerry once again does a great job compiling the data and presenting it to the reader. If you are interested in what governments may be up to in regards to manipulating the weather, this is the book you need to read. I set this book down feeling like I had learned a lot and if someone asked me about my thoughts on weather manipulation, I know I will be prepared and even impress.
