Digital laser measurements of interior surfaces offer a consistently perfect fit! A patent pending High-Density Tri-Extruded (HDTE) material allows for a rigid core for strength while offering surface friction to the carpet, as well as tactile feel to the surface! Advanced surfacing creates channels that carry fluids and debris to a lower reservoir with further channeling to help minimize fluid movement while driving! Once fluids become trapped in the reservoir, away from shoes and clothing, they are easily removed from the WeatherTechFloorLiner™ over the door sill...no muss-no fuss! Rear FloorLiners™ incorporate many of the same design features as the front FloorLiners™. Rear FloorLiners™ (where offered) are manufactured from a proprietary custom blended TPO (thermopolyolefin) that is not only wear resistant, but also remains flexible under temperature extremes. FloorLiners were designed for vehicles with factory carpet installed when manufactured.  They will not fit vehicles with vinyl floors unless otherwise specified.  Please take your old floor mats out before installing your new WeatherTech floor mats. I purchased the "rear floor mat" at the same time as I purchased the "front floor mats". I bought this for the rear of my 2008 Silverado Crew Cab and it fits *perfectly*!! There is *some* cutting required but you can do it simply with a pair of scissors, it's not a highly sensitive job. If you happen to own a Silverado (New Body Style) then the only "cutting" you need to do is right at the base of the "front center console/seat", simply "cut-out" the little "nitch" and off you go, it's practically "marked" for you! The price is a little steep, but the products are superb!! This rear mat covers my entire floor beautifully and has deep enough trays that all the debris (snow, mud, rain, dirt, etc...) stay IN the mat and NOT on my floors! This product is HIGHLY recommended!!

I recently purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado Crew Cab. As a result, I bought the WeatherTech 440660 Floor Liner for the rear passenger area. For the front, I took the liners out of my old truck [a 2010 Silverado] and used those. My entire family has used these liners for several years in all of our vehicles to protect the carpet flooring. Previously, we had used Husky Floor liners. With time, those Husky Liners faded and even began to wear down, especially on the driver's side.

For the 440660, you have to cutout some of the liner if you have the seat&console option in your truck. I wish WeatherTech would make the liner so that you do not have to cut it or at least make a pattern on the liner so you know where to cut. For whatever reason, WeatherTech does not. A sharp utility knife works best along with time and patience to make sure you don't cut too much off the first time. I made my cut at the bottom of the beveled ridge in the area around the seat&console. That made for a nice snug fit.

I am happy with my WeatherTech Liner. I saved some money going with Amazon, too. The overall price was $2 less than if I bought them directly from WeatherTech. Plus, WeatherTech would have charged me over $20 to ship the liner. Instead, with Amazon, I was eligible for Free Shipping. I think I got them relatively quickly, too, within 2-3 days via UPS.
