These are great mats!!! Definitely a little pricey, but if you want the best floor protection and neat, clean look in your vehicle they are worth the price. One piece of advice is DO NOT buy from Weathertech directly. Since Weathertech sets the price no matter where you buy them it cost the same so originally I thought it would be best to go directly to the manufacturers website to make certain I would get the right item and fit. I even called to order instead of ordering online so I could talk to a Weathertech representative to make certain my order was correct. Well long story short after receiving the wrong mats 4 TIMES (had to send back one box with three wrong orders in it and refuse another that was sent incorrect) AND waiting over 45 days for a credit to be applied to my credit card (and several phone calls where you wait on hold for about 30 minutes average) I finally decided to buy here on Amazon and everything was perfect. Bottom line is Weathertech mats are awesome but their ordering/service departments are horrible!!!!

Steer clear of these guys! If for whatever reason you have to have any interaction with their Customer Service Department be prepared for a real marathon! The product I received from them did not fit. When you try to phone in to their Customer Service Department you cannot reach anyone live on their phone, you just go into endless "hold" mode. (Go ahead and give their toll-free number a try!) When they finally responded to my email they refused to refund any of my shipping costs for receiving or returning their ill-fitting products. Buy your auto accessories from a reputable company with better customer service. Buyer beware!

bought the front and rear set for a gift, they fit great, looked good and did their job, the only complaint is they need a rougher surface, shoes slide on them when wet which can be tricky when getting in and out of a tall truck which we were using them for

I ordered 2 sets of these from Weathertech after seeing the advertisements on how they are custom fitted to each make and model of car and will completely cover the carpeted areas. I purchased them for my 2003 Buick Century and my 2007 Pontiac Vibe. I received them promptly. They are nice mats. They appear to be quality made, but they are NOT fitted to my cars. The Vibe mats are too short both lengthwise and on the sides and do not fit with the clips to hold them in place in my car. The mats for the Century appear to just be store bought style mats and don't come close to covering all of the carpeted area.

I called about returning them and was given the runaround by customer service. I was told everything from reading all the fine print about the mats to my Century being too old and they don't make the Vibe anymore. That would be fine except they sell them as custom mats for those makes and models.

So yeah they are quality mats, but do not expect them to custom fit all the carpeted area in your car and the customer service is bad. For the price I paid I could buy quality mats at an auto store and pay significantly less.

I ordered 2 sets of mats, one for my wifes Saab 9.3 convertable and one for my 2011 Camaro. The set for the Saab came first and they were the all weather model because they don't make a DigitalFit for that car. They did not fit well so I called and asked for an RMA. No problem, I did have to pay the return frieght which is standard procedure and I do not have a problem with that at all.

The DigitalFit set for my Camaro came yesterday and OMG!! If GM made a custom mat for my car they could not fit any better. I don't have to wory about dirt getting on the sides of the footwell because these mats are like sitting in a tub. They come right up to the door sill. And they look great!

If they make the DigitalFit for your car, this is a must have. Worth every penny.

The floormats that I purchased were a great fit and worked very well in keeping the mud from duck hunting off of the carpet. My sons set worked just as well in the construction trade.

I ordered mats for the rear seats and cargo area of my Scion xB, and I was so impressed with them, that I quickly ordered mats for the front as well. They fit perfectly, the raised lip keeps liquid in, and they don't smell at all. If you have kids or dogs, if you are spill-prone, or if you live in a wet or dusty area, you might think seriously about these mats. I'm happy.

MacNeil has an integrity problem. I ordered mats for my car according to the Web Site specs. When I received the mats I found that I would have to trim the mats to make them fit. Thats not even so bad but the trimming would have negatively effected the water holding capabilities. I phoned MacNeil, explained the problem and received the RMA. I sent back the mats with a note asking for my the full invoice proce back + my shipping charges. They were received on March 5th. I did not receive the credit until March 31st. I would imagine they did this to bolster their month end numbers....whatever.

The credit was for the full invoice which included shipping to me...hooray. I did not receive my $7.00 shipping costs back. No phone call, no EMAIL explanation, nothing. On 3/31/10, I called to state my case, left a message for the customer service manager. I received no return calls.

BTW. The original shipping cost was $15.00 from their warehouse to my house. We are in the same county. It cost me less than $7.00 to send them back. I think they jacked up the shipping charges just a little.

So, it cost me $7.00 because of MacNeil's poor web site. Believe me, it's not the seven bucks. Its the poor customer service and unethical jacking of the shipping that is the reason for this complaint.

Never going back to these guys!!

Best $180 i ever spent. Perfect fit on a 2011 Frontier. The mats have a bowl shape that hold liquids in place until they can be cleaned. Cleaning is easy because the mats cover the door sill so you can simply pour the water right out of the door. my favorite feature is the mats are about 4" tall on the sides so they actually protect the sides of the interior along with the floor.

THE ONLY PROBLEM: the rear mats dont extend all the way to the door sills and they stop short of sitting under the front seats (where most people put part of their feet). This "design flaw" really takes away from a otherwise great product. i you have kids you may want to use plastic or the factory mats to protect the edges of your floors along with the weather tech mats.

Great for the front but if you buy them for the rear talk a sales rep. to ensure they are full coverage.

I purchased these for front and rear of a vehicle. I didn't like them and my wife hated them. After a couple weeks, the rear ones started curling up, and they didn't fit well to begin with.

I contacted weathertech because I bought them directly from there. They said they would not return them and that I should set them in the sun and they would un-curl. That didn't work, and even if they had uncurled the fit was still bad to begin with.

Very poor customer service from a manufacturer who doesn't stand behind their expensive product. Won't ever buy weather tech stuff again.
