Very warm and comfortable without being puffy. The arms are a bit long. Not washable, only wipeable which is a bummer if something gets all over the fleecy lining.

I purchased this coat for my twelve year old son. We live in Utah where it's very cold in the winter. He never complains of being cold while wearing this coat. He wears it to school and also while out in the snow. It's warm, it's durable, and it's nice looking. I would recommenend it to anyone.
