Essentially a jazzed up rain parka, but fits nicely and is functional. The breathablilty is low but it serves its purpose.

This is an excellent quality rain jacket. But be prepared: It is ONLY a rain jacket. There is no insulation to speak of. Just the rain jacket shell.

The construction (made in Korea) is good. The length is appropriate (not too short). It has tensioners at the bottom to ensure a form fit. It has breath-slats at the breastline.

I'm not sure I believe the retail value listed on this site, but for the sale price, this is a steal for anyone needing a lightweight, solidly made rain jacket.
