First off this is my first tactical scope so I cannot be an expert, but I can tell you what I like and dislike about the scope.
-US Marine mildot where 1 mil = 3.438 moa yet has circular dots (explanation here http://www.boomershoot.org/general/TruthMilDots.htm and got this info from the ballistics app I use Strelok http://www.borisov.mobi/)
-The optics appear really clear
-love having scope covers (but might wanna tape them else they fall off after a few shots in a row on my 308)
-being able to light up the reticle is pretty nice
-the parallax adjustment and zoom are both very smooth and easy to operate
-the locking turrets are awesome you just have to pull out the cap to make easy adjustments, but if you forget to do so and try to make an adjust you still can if you force it (a family member did this one) and this will cause it to have a little bit of play feeling but still has held zero for me
-this is a SFP scope so the mildots are on only at the 10x zoom but you can adjust for zoom appropriately from the formula on wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Angular_mil however the small reticle is still nice for accurate shooting
-the adjustments do give a click feel but I would like a more positive click or more rough adjustment cause you can easily skip one or two clicks while trying to make an adjustment so would suggest being "soft" when doing so (this could be my personal problem cause I'm know for "hulking" everything and I'm told "I don't know my own strength")
-the eye relief is okay but this scope has a definite sweet spot that you need to find, but I took it to the range once to sight it in before deer hunting and was able to find it immediately when I pulled up my rifle to bag a buck during a deer drive this past season so it just takes a little training to get used to it but I think the larger 50mm obj. lens would offer a slightly bigger sweet spot
-its made in China but I expected that for the price and it's part of Weaver's economy line of tactical scopes so its the "engineered here produced elsewhere" type else the more expensive ones are made here
Overall I still love this scope and I really can't compare it to anything else since I don't have another tactical scope. And I would still buy this scope over again since it was my first tactical scope and it's a very good buy for the money.

I like it! With the 30mm tube, picture is large and bright. Had to find 30mm rings but happened to have some in the parts drawer. Reticle is very clear and the choice of illumination colors is good. Distance markings on the parallax adjustment are a little off but I just go by focus anyway and do use it for range determination. The 2.5-10X is much better for tactical use than the higher power scopes I have used before have been (when speed in finding the target is important, the high power scopes are a hinderance).

Bought this Scope for my high end Air Soft Sniper Rifle, Got to say it DOES give the weapon a very realist look ! Did some target shooting with the set up, first at 25 yrds, then 50 yrds. the weapon and scope did NOT disappoint.
Can't wait to get it on the field and test it out, am sure I'll be picking the opposing force off like fly's!
