Overall, Web Comics served it's purpose by answering a lot of questions I was having issues with. I'm self-publishing a comic book and had been struggling with certain issues getting the web site up and functioning. While it was helpful, some of the chapters became too difficult for the average computer novices to me. While not a complete novice, and luckily those chapters were not really necessary for my project's completion, it was very obvious the writer at times lost focus and in midstream began to complicate some subjects. Overall though, I recommend this one if you are struggling with getting your site going, it will get you to the point.

I think that they author has put a lot of work into this book and his intentions our broad. As someone with Video Game Designing skills, I thought I'd give this a read.... I found that initial aspirations put forth by the author where realistic for a comic book writer with multi media skills and aspirations, at least intermediate skills as he advices that you also know basic HTML! That's one to learn for some, but more illustrations would have been could, although I enjoyed his art and such.

Worth a read if such appeals to you.
