I absolutely love this Weber Wok. Start your charcoal and the wok fits right on top of the kettle (remember to remove your grill). Even with a small amount of charcoal this wok kept an even cooking heat and made stir fry a snap. It also holds an impressive amount of food if you want to cook for a crowd. Its not just for stir fry either you can keep the mess out of your kitchen and cook a variety of dishes that makes it a flexible tool. The Weber Wok is worth every penny.

You cannot live without this wok :-)

It takes BBQ to the next level. So much space for vegetables, spices and meat. Even the health fanatics has to applaud this wok.

Remember to follow the steps before you use it the first time. Its important to prepare the wok, and that takes a bit of time. You need to smear food oil on the surface (the up side) and heat it up, then clean it in warm water and repeat two times more. The wok will then look dark brown and uses, exactly as its supposed to.

Do not expect it to keep the shiny look it had, when you took it out of the box. Its supposed to look "used". :-)

I rarely cook inside, especially when it's warm outside. I bought the wok to add to my repertoire for this summer. It has been used twice and both meals were a huge success. It is as easy to use as an indoor wok, but it keeps the grease splatter off of your stove and couter tops, and the cook outside where I prefer to be. It will hold A LOT of food. I didn't realize how large my grill was until I received the wok. I usually cook for two, but it will easily hold enough food to feed 10-12 people. If you enjoy grilling and stir-frys, this is a great choice.

Have been using thie Wok for a couple of years now and the SO and I love it. Makes for a very special evening. A++

In addition to the normal uses, I use this wok for fajita veggies. First do the skirt steak on the regular grate, then slap on this wok to do the veggies. Bueno!
