I purchased this grill for my wife as a birthday present. Grill was bought from Amazon, not one of their associates. I was most worried about shipping but was pleasantly surprised. Shipping in my area was from CEVA. I was contacted to set up a date for delivery. When the grill arrived it was mounted on a plastic pallet. The driver with a handcart rolled it into my garage. Unpacking took awhile due to all the packing. I would have given this 5 stars but one of the doors had a slight dent in the chrome trim. I contacted Weber and they sent a complete door overnight as a replacement.

Wow!! What an amazing grill. Six burners give us plenty of heat to cook virtually anything. We use it 5 or 6 times a week and make wood fired pizza, rotisserie chicken, grilled lamb chops, all with great results!! The Weber has legendary quality built in.
All part are replaceable, but should last for 10 to 15 years. The indirect heat makes grilling easy. Nothing we cook now is dried out or burned. Our previous gas grill had hot stops and limited grill space. Problem solved with the Weber Summit. Also purchased the Rib-O-Lator as a rotisserie attachment. Works great, too!!
