This product is great because it allows me to have a constant marinade next to the grill, without dripping it over my grill table. The cup is setup nicely so the brush drips back into the main cup. The brush is great too - does a fantastic basting job! My only complaint is that Amazon stated it is dishwasher safe, but the packaging clearly states that dishwasher is NOT recommended.

A great idea. The brush is nice and long, and fits nicely on the cup--no more tipped-over cups! Two disappointments:

1) Amazon description says "Dishwasher-safe for easy cleanup" but the Weber packaging says dishwasher cleaning is NOT recommended. I have washed the brush in the dishwasher but not the cup.

2) Brush has knobs at the end of the bristles. If I am brushing oil on after spices, this causes the spices to get dragged around/brushed off. Should be no problem for basting or mopping with sauce late in the cooking process.

Other than these two problems, it is a nice accessory. I will continue to use the set, and am glad that I purchased it.

Love the brush, its the first silicone brush i have tried after using regular bristled brushes for a long time. My only real complaint is that the cup is not microwave safe. I like to warm my sauces sometimes, and thats just not possible with a plastic cup that cant go in the microwave. Im sure it says that somewhere and i should have read it before i bought it, but I like it because it says weber on it and it definately does give you a place to rest the brush letting the sauce run back in.
