Weber 3605 Quick-Disconnect Hose and Regulator Kit

I just tried filling my propane tank with the quick disconnect connector and was told by the dealer that this type of connector has now been banned by the government and he could not fill my tank. I called Weber and they confirmed this. Probably a safety concern although I never had a problem. I will now need to replace my grill LP hose with the screw on type of connector (QCC1 connection).

This is a genuine replacement Webber regulator, not a knock-off.

The price was the same at my local home center and hardware store.

My advantage was ordering online from my home instead of driving there and dealing with the crowds.

So apparently squirrels can't tell the difference between left over hot dogs left on a grill and the black gas hose that connects to the tank. Needless to say, I found myself with a half eaten gas hose that needed replacing. I purchased this one 3 years ago and also got a metal electrical flexible tubing and cut it to the length of this gas hose and problem solved. No more squirrel bites on the hose.

I bought a used Weber grill and I needed parts. Amazon is the place to look - they had everything I needed!

Product was pictured well and easy to identify. It was priced below products of other sites. After I ordered it there was follow up and a thank you. It was received quickly and works great.

A neighbor was discarding a Weber Grill last Spring because the hose flared up; I took the grill and replaced the hose and igniter with parts bough on Amazon; they were very simple to install, and I was able to give the grill to my son and his roommates for about thirty bucks. Beats buying new and cluttering the landfill with an otherwise great grill.
