Receive the item very quickly eventhough I selected the free shipping method.
Product is manufactured by Weber in the original carton -- not a look alike item manufactured somewhere by someone you have never heard of before.

I expected that the burner would work just fine. I was surprised at how easily the burner was installed. The old one came out effortlessly, and the new one went in just as easy. Had I known it was going to be so easy, I would have done it two years ago!

The part was as advertised and easy to install. I am very satisfied by the service and time to deliver

The new burner's work great, good as new!
Only problem was removing old burners. The screws that hold the ends in place were rusted in place. I had to drill them out, and replace the screws.
But all fine now..much cheaper than buying new grill.

This genuine Weber product is of the highest quality. After I replaced the old burners on my Genesis 1000 grill, the new set performed flawlessly. I would suggest that you have someone who is mechanically inclined do the installation. The box contained the installation instructions; however, there were 3 different sets of instructions (in English) that differed with one another on the exact installation details. I actually used one of these instructions along with the original assembly instruction manual that came with my grill to do the installation. It isn't hard to install but can be confusing.

I purchased this stainless grate set as a replacement for my 15 year old Weber Genesis 1 gas grill... my only regret is not making the switch to stainless sooner. This grill has been a mainstay for my grilling for many years now and rather than buy a new grill, I chose to completely rebuild my grill - starting with the burners and finishing with the grates. Amazon.com was extremely fast in fulfilling my order (free shipping for me ended up with the product on my door step in 3 days!!!).

Take my word for it, do not but the cheaper enamel grates - you get what you pay for. My 15 year old grill will be "good to go" for another 15+ years.

This burner is stainless steel and is very easy to install/replace. The orginal burners were almost 15 years old. We use our BBQ grill several times a week so it gets a lot of use. I would highly recommend Weber to anyone considering a new grill. Their customer service has been fanastic and their warranty great. As I said our grill is almost 15 years old and I see no reason why it wont last another 15. The red top looks like new. The cheaper grills don't last long and don't cook as well. We have cooked turkeys, hams, roasts and even baked with it (during power outages). It cooks very evenly and can cook at low heat or indirect heat unlike some other grills that are too hot even on low.

Seems to be a good product. Too early to tell, however the quality appears to be as good or better than the original.
Fit perfect and delivered without any damage. That's always a plus.

I purchased this about a year and about a year later it had hot and cold spots over the grill. I had to clean rust out that plugged holes that the gas is suppose to come out of. The first one lasted many years and never plugged. What kind of stainless rusts? This kind! Probably comes from China.Weber 3609 Stainless-Steel Burner Tube Set
