Purchased for the Weber Genesis Silver A. It is a genuine Weber replacement part; fits and operates perfectly. Easy installation and cheaper than buying from Weber directly.

GRILL BURNER REPLACEMENT WAS EASY TO INSTALL & THE DIRECTIONS WHERE USEFUL

I'm not sure quite what to say about the burners. As expected, they work extremely well, and they were rather easy to install. The only problem I had was with a bolt that had rusted and required a little time to get off. Beyond that, I had my grill lit within 15 minutes of taking the burners out of the box.

My Weber was purchased in 2001 and has served me well. The grill has never been covered and I live within 1/4 mile of the beach. Eventually the elements corroded the original burner, especially the small cross-over tube.

Installation was much easier than I thought (15 minutes) with no special tools needed. Now the grill and griller are happy again. For less than $50 I've extended the life of my $550 grill by at least 2-4 years.

May 2011 update: 4 years and going strong!!!

After removing the previous burner tubes, I cleaned the grill completely, scraping out all the accumulated grease and scum then powerwashing the grill.
Installation as easy and fast!
I will be back when this one wears out to get IT's replacement. This is the best price I found!

Gave my Weber Silver A a face lift, I use it a lot and noticed the heat had become uneven. Replacement was very easy. Works great

Before you go buying these, you may want to check your warranty. If you have registered your grill and you are within 10 years of purchase it may benefit you to call Weber. That is one of the good things about a premium priced grill, a company that backs up the parts. I called them and they gladly looked up my reg info and shipped me out a burner and flavorizer bars (which I purchased).

Everything that could go wrong, did. Ace sent the wrong part, would not send the right part until they received the wrong one back. Meanwhile, my credit card information was accessed while transmitting the order and I had to cancel that card and open a new account. My Amazon account also had to be closed. It took two weeks and a lot of hassle for a part.
Great part though.

amazingly easy to install, directions were perfect.
I've enjoyed restoring my grill, Weber engineers the grills for a lifetime.
