We have had the Weber EP 320 for about 3 weeks now and it is a dream. It is our fourth grill. The last two grills have been Weber's and they were our favorites. We were so thrilled with our last Weber (the Genesis Silver) and wanted to repeat the experience with a larger cooking surface.

Our old Weber never needed repairs but we are comforted by the fact that the Weber Grills are modular and you can inexpensively replace any needed part.

We have put our new grill through its paces these past few weeks cooking fish, pork, steak and vegetables. I used the side burner to heat the sauce. It holds the temperature beautifully, is easy to clean and easy to use. You won't regret buying this product.

I researched this new grill for some time before finally deciding to get this Weber and it is great! Before this Weber, I researched the cheaper models out there and decided I was going for quality and a product that will last. My last stainless grill lasted about 3 years and it was the standard stainless steal grill you see everywhere...Junk! There are many grades of stainless steel and Weber uses a much better quality of materials. This grill is very easy to put together and it grills evenly every time. The stainless steel grills are easy to maintain and this is a very sturdy grill. I'm sure this will last at least 10 years and I will buy another Weber in 10 years. We have cooked steak, chicken, fish - everything cooks great. My only regret is not getting it sooner. Save yourself the frustration of some cheaper grill, this is well worth the extra money. What can I say that hasnt been said. This grill just works, it does what it its supposed to do with very little maintenance.

I can't comment on assemply becuase I paid my local Home Depot to assemble and deliver it for an extra $80. I buy almost everything on Amazon and almost bought htis here too, but Home Depot had it on clearance for less and they offered assembly and delivery. Sorry Amazon =(

Gets hot, cooks evenly, very very very seldom do I have to worry about flare-ups. Just a great, no frills grill, that does what a grill should do. ohh and you will find yourself buying thick cut steaks. I have mine cut 1.5" thick now becuase this grill can actually cook them right! ohh wait til you try it. :)
