This grill took a couple of hours to assemble(including unpacking time) , but it was very easy (follow the directions). All the parts were packaged nicely, none were missing, and there were none left over. The grill itself looks fabulous, and it works very well. The burners, grates (stainless), drip pan, casters, doors etc. are heavy duty, and seem built to last. I'm glad to have spent a little extra to have what seems to be a high quality product. I also purchased the premium cover, which is also very nice, but I wish it was a tad longer.
