Fast shipping, I ordered this grill and it was delivered in three days !

The grill works great, easy assembly and easy to use. I would recommend this grill to anyone that wants to try natural gas as opposed to propane.

A very nice grill.

As noted by reviewers of the propane version, assembly isn't easy due to cryptic instructions. In my case a crucial part (bottom shelf) arrived severely bent and had to be coaxed back into shape. There is clear evidence of cost-cutting in fit (the doors) and finish (no paint on the corners of the control panel, which is already showing signs of rust). That said, this is a powerful grill that heats up quickly and performs well.

This grill is great. Took about 1 hour to put together, simple assembly.
Came with the gas quick connect valve, 3 burners are perfect for our family of 3. I recomend this grill highly.

My Weber Genesis Silver grill (circa 1996) had some rust issues. I was going to get the replacement parts, but then couldn't get the rusted screws out. So I decided to replace it.

There are a lot of grills out there and some great prices on all-stainless ones. In fact, I saw an awesome commercial grill (demo) at a local store for just a little bit more money and considered that. However, I decided to stick with the Weber because of the parts availability in the future. For what I had to spend, I am very happy with my purchase.

I didn't have the money to get one of the new Weber Genesis grills, but then I found out that this Spirit is basically the same as my older Genesis. Putting it together wasn't too bad, but the instructions are just pictures. I could tell that there were a few shortcuts in the construction, compared to my older Genesis, as this grill is made in China. The flavorizer bars the grates were enameled steel, which is why I gave this a 4-star rating. Fortunately, I have stainless flavorizer bars and solid stainless grates that I will use from my older grill.

I love the Webers and am very familiar with how well this grill cooks. It is plenty big for a family of four, has an enclosed grease tray area, and is an excellent grill with a great warranty. If you want the extras, you can get those in a grill for the same price, but it won't be a Weber.

This E-310 Natural Gas Grill replaces a two-burner propane Weber we've had for a long time. (I couldn't really wear it out, but I wanted to take advantage of the price advantage of NG)

The grill arrived very quickly, was easy to assemble and install and cooks as reliably as I've grown to expect from Weber. The only caveat -- it's harder to see the NG flame than it was on the propane unit, so I rely on the temp needle jumping off the stop to know it's lit.

Received my grill originally and the package was so damaged I refused shipment. After contacting customer service I am pleased to say they handled the problem without delay. A new grill was shipped to me and arrived without a problem. Thanks customer service you were great. As far as the grill it is a great product. I was skeptical of using natural gas because it sometimes fails to get hot enough. Not the case with this Weber. The temperature reached optimum cooking temp quickly and was easy to control and maintain. Thanks Weber for making a great product.

Fairly happy with my new grill. Some of the screws were not correct and the instructions didn't fully match the design and screws but was sufficient enough to properly (90%)assemble. It's gets nice and hot quickly. I wish they would go back to offering the flip up surface area extensions.

I know you are going to think "what value?" based on the price, but if cooking performance is a priority then this is an excellent choice. Heat is even throughout the cook surface and flare-up is minimal. You will find other brands with more features at a lower price, but, so far, I am a convert Weber fan.

Excellent product, high quality. Assembled in about one hour. Needed help with NG hookup but it went well.

I've had this grill for two months now and have no complaints. I was worried that the natural gas version would not get hot enough. On the contrary, I have to turn the temperature controls lower than the recommended settings. Cooks very evenly over the entire grill. Ready to cook in 5 minutes or less. The instructions were not very clear and it took over an hour to assemble. Once you fire it up though you won't be dissatisfied.
