Despite what others have posted and the fact that this item appears during a search for Weber Genesis E-310, this regulator will not work properly. It is too short (by a lot - the original hose is twice as long) to route the hose without stretching and also going in through the wrong way (directly under the grill box) which will result in melting over time and is not the way to route the hose according to the manufacturer instructions. The part that is needed is a 42" regulator #81603, which is very difficult to find online for some reason. I had to return this part to Amazon and reorder somewhere else. If you have the Weber Genesis model with the tank inside the cart/cabinet do not order this one!

It said this hose was for the model that I owned, but it definitely was not. IT was too short. I was able to finagle everything to make it work, but everything is stretched out and the nozzle is now pointing in the back of the grill.

This is the first thing I've purchased from Amazon that I felt compelled to review, simply because I don't think its actually the product that it is being claimed to be. After opening the shipped package from Amazon I found that the Weber package inside of that had already been opened and that the tamper seal had been cut. Then I opened that up to find that the regulator and hose were not at all like the one pictured both on the Weber packaging or the website, in fact on the packaging you can clearly see on the hose that it states it is Made in Canada, whereas on the one in the box it had Made in China. The regulator and hose I was replacing came with my weber grill and were substantially different from this one, which had very poor build quality and didn't feel substantial at all. Ultimately I think this seller is using the Weber packaging but selling off brand stuff. If I had wanted that I would have gone to Ace Hardware. Buyer beware.

The old regulator on my grill started leaking (yikes!, leaking propane) after nine years. This got me grilling again.

Like another reviewer previously posted, the packet I got looks like it had been opened. The box said make in Itatly. The product inside is made in china. The design seems similar to the picture on the box except for the LP knob. My order was sold and shipped by Amazon. It works and looks well made enough so I did not returned it.

I should have listened to the other reviewer who said "not as advertised." I purchased this directly from Amazon, not from a 3rd party or a "fulfilled by Amazon" order. The hose and regulator arrived looking badly used, and does not look like a genuine Weber product. The packaging says Made in USA but the item itself says Made in China. Looks like Amazon received a bad/fake supply of these items. This is my first negative experience with Amazon and I have been shopping here for years.

I have a Weber Genesis Gold 2002 Model. Replaced my original hose with a Home Depot generic: right lenght but made a lot of noise whenever I turned more than one burner up to high. Bought this Weber replacement part instead. Now all the burners are getting equal flow and equal flame height, but I had to stretch the hose to connect everything. There's absolutely no slack which worries me long term about tearing the hose itself. May try the longer one (believe it's 23 or 24 inches instead of 21).

After 12 years my Weber Silver BBQ started acting up and I realized it was the regulator. I figured it was worth a couple extra dollars to get the real thing and it was easy remove and put the new on. Works just like new.

Product appears to be Weber part with Canadian markings just like original it replaces. Installed quickly with 1 wrench on my Weber Genesis Silver grill. I recommend this replacement product!

Perfect fit for my Kenmore 3 burner grill. Although it says for weber, hose was long enough and works great. Problem solved.
