My husband and I purchased the Weber Genesis Silver gas grill approx 6-7 years ago and it has been a wonderful grill for us - We originally purchased this grill on sale for $499.00. We grill frequently and the grill is outside all year round (although we spent the extra $$$$ to get the weber cover right away which has been WELL WORTH IT). The original grates wore out - we were worried that we would have trouble finding replacements but the Weber 7525 porcelain enameled grates are a perfect fit!

NOTE: Be sure to visit the Weber website first - they have a great wizard that walks you a series of questions to help confirm the grill you have and what part to order - takes all of the guess work out of it!!

We also ordered the Porcelain-enameled Flavorizer® bars (five bars) right away...

Now it is like we have a whole new grill and we only spent approx. $75.00.

I have a Genesis Silver C and I purchased these grates as a replacement. They are the correct dimensions and fit perfectly, however they are not the same. These grates are hollowed out compared to the ones that came with the grill which were solid and twice as heavy. These don't seem to be of the same quality as the originals.

These are actual Weber parts, and are cheaper than buying at Lowes or Home Depot.

I abandoned my Weber grill in 2004 due to a move and deployments with the Army. I decided a few weeks ago to refurbish it, as I had found it to be a great grill that was consistent in results. The grill was full of flaked paint, spiders, and crud... But the biggest problem I had was identifying what type of grill and what parts...guidelines and dimensions listed are not always right... ultimately the Weber site provided a step-step guide to determining correct parts. Here on Amazon, the 7525 dimensions published are misleading... they didn't match the actuals I had here with me... but, I trusted the Weber site guide, and ordered them here. 7525 is the correct part for my grill... actual dimensions are 11.75 x 17.25 x 0.5" (per grate)and 7525 is a match

These replacement grates for our Weber grill are good quality grates. We had the old ones for about 12 years and they and started to rust. I debated on whether to get a new grill or replace the grates. But, the grill works fine yet, so I decided to get the new grates. I like them because they don't let any smaller pieces of food fall through like the wire grids have a tendency to do, and they put nice grill marks on anything you are grilling. Well satisfied with the quality, and they came packaged in the original packaging inside of another box, so they were well protected in shipment.

Weber porcelain grates work wonderfully. After replacing the old grates (about 5 yrs old) I found the new grates provided better searing marks on meats and the cooking surface heat was more stable. I actually ordered these grates to replace the broken ones in my Brinkman grill. I was thrilled to find that the dimensions were exactly what I needed. I surfed several places for genuine Brinkman parts and grew increasingly frustrated not being able to find what I had. These have been a great replacement and I have had no problems with them. The only minor complaint is that they leave quite a wide grill mark on my steaks but this is a small price to pay in not having to replace the grill!

Product is an authentic part. When installed with the new warmer shelf, basket, and flavor bars the grill looks like new. Now, I really understand why all of the retailers say a Weber is worth every penny: It is extremely well made of highest quality steel. If you just keep the outside clean and replace the interior parts as needed, it lasts and lasts and lasts!!! This vendor was prompt and the items were well packed.

I bought the like new version,it was perfect and in the original box.The price was half the msrp.Most likly a return because of wrong size

These grates were delivered on time. They fit the grill perfectly,are just like the originals.porcelain grates are the best. Excellent product.
