My grill stayed in the garage until this cover arrived. When it did arrive, I was very pleased with the overall quality and workmanship from Weber... Nothing to be surprised there... There is only one thing I was not happy with (see below).

Pros:
- The grill cover is very heavy duty, thick material
- Perfect fit for my Summit S-620
- Velcro straps to secure the cover just in case of super high tornado speed winds
- Breathable to prevent those hot humid days from leavings marks on your grill

Cons:
- A little pricey, but a small price to pay to protect a big investment
- Vents in cover are not as shows in picture. The one I received has the vents where the 45-degree slope is, meaning, if rained on, the water will get all on to the side tray & side burner :(


**update ** 1/20/2011**
My cover has survived OK since I bought it. Its been a year+ so far, but, for me, it is stored under a covered patio, so dust is the real major element to protect from. Rain & Sun is mostly not an issue.

I've heard a lot of good things about Weber customer service, so I decided to give them a call and explain my situation about how I was deceived by my purchase and asked for a replacement. Key word, replacement. I told them I'd happily return mine, but they said, we would have no use for it.

Long story short, they apologized... and offered me a discount for a new cover (newest design has no vents at all). But, the price the offered was still higher than Amazon's (THATS WHY I LOVE TO SHOP HERE), so I continued to express my discontent (not whining or yelling, i was very professional). At the end of my conversation, the representative asked me to email her my grill's serial # & a copy of my purchase receipt and she would talk to her supervisor about my situation.

A few days later, she sent me a response saying that they will be shipping me a new grill cover with the new design (no vents at all). Few days later, I received the new cover and I am very very very happy with Weber's professional demeanor and great customer service.

If you feel you got taken on your purchase of this cover, it wouldn't hurt to try giving Weber a call. Its always worth a shot...

The only thing better than the cover is the grill underneath it. It fits perfectly and has done a great job protecting my Summit S-670. I have seen some complaints from people who bought this grill and did not cover it. To invest in a grill this nice and not protect it is a shame. I highly recommend this product. You will never regret buying one.

**UPDATE**
Almost two years since my initial review and this cover is still holding up well. It has protected my grill from severe storms and even some heavy snowfall. Other than some very light fading, it is holding up incredibly well and is showing no signs of wear or tear.

Great cover. Made to fit like a glove. Doesn't allow any water to penetrate or get into tray. A little pricy for a grill cover but overall a well made cover.

This covers fits like a glove on our new Weber Summit s-670 natural gas BBQ. It is heavy weight and has side straps to cinch in the cover for a tight fit.

The cover is well-made, fits well and does a great job of protecting the grill. It's vented and has velcro straps to help hold it in place. However, the cover is of heavy stock, so it doesn't seem likely that you'd have to really tighten the straps except in extreme winds.

This cover is fairly expensive, but I was impressed with the workmanship and I think it's worth the price.

Ok so you spent some coin for the wonderful Weber 600 series grill, now protect your investment! This grill doesn't do well with rain, as it leaks into the drip pan inside when you get heavy rain. This cover is durable, heavy duty and built to fit like a glove by Weber. So buy this cover, or I guess you could build a patio to use you grill in. This cover is a no brainer, you wont be sorry!

I was originally extremely disappointed when I found that our harsh winter winds had caused the cover to tear at the front corners under the shelves. I figured it was worth a call to Weber, since I had spent over $2,500 on a grill and cover only last Summer. Not only was I extremely impressed that they answered their phones at 6:30 pm CST, but when I inquired about the cover's warranty, they shipped me another no-questions-asked. I got it the very next day too!!! I can't say how pleased I am with Weber's customer service and warranty replacement process. Great company!!!

I bought this cover for my Weber Summit S-670 about a year ago. The cover has been on the grill outside on my deck through a Nebraska Summer and Winter. It still looks pretty good. The Weber logo still has good color and the black is still black. This cover has no vents on it like some of the other reviews mention so there is no water that touches the grill. The cover fits loose enough that it is easy to put on and also tightens with the velcro straps well enough that you don't have to worry about it coming off in a storm. If you have a Weber 600 series grill I would get this cover as $40 to protect a $2,000 grill is a pretty good deal.

Had to get this cover to fit my Huntington 650 grill. Cabelas was to small. Fits like a glove and well made. Cover is rated for 75 inches but is a streach for 72 inches.
