We had a deadline, a customer was getting irate, and I was getting nowhere with Lotus support. I read a thread up on the Lotus support forum, and bought this book. Jim explained how to configure the virtual servers step-by-step, with meaningful illustrations. I had the configuration working in under 30 minutes!
