The product package said 15 months protection was offered with this program, but after I installed it and then registered it, only 12 months were allowed. I had to e-mail support three times asking for help. I could not believe the first reply....I was told I had to take a picture of the package and e-mail it to them!!! That's right, instead of just going ahead and making a minor adjustment to my account by simply adding 3 months protection as promised on the product package, their response added an unrealistic (to me anyway) requirement. I promptly replied, telling them that I'm a senior citizen who doesn't own a digital camera, and wasn't able to send them a picture of the package. So I once again asked for a simple extension of my protection from 12 months to the promised 15 months. The reply I received to that email instructed me to call their sales department. A classic example of passing the buck.
On an ending note, while the program hasn't crashed so far, the shabby support I experienced makes me wonder if that lack of professionalism is also present in the firm's products. I'm not willing to hang around to find that out. I plan on sending Amazon a request for return of the product.
