Poor software and company,

spy sweeper used to be a good product but they got to caught up in the complete packaging deal that ruined so many other products like Norton and macafee so last year I canceled my membership after 3 years of use because they wanted to give me virus protection and then firewall protection and then charge me 30 more dollars so I finally said NO !!! you are killing my computer and canceled I just thought I would warn every one else about this also
after there software had a problem with updates it kept giving me an error that it couldn't update i went to contact customer service the only way to contact customer service was through a website you submit a problem report and they will respond once they get a chance ( leaving my computer vulnerable without protection ) 35 days later they finally respond saying they need more information please respond within 7 days or it will be canceled they never even offered to credit me for the "Paid time" on the subscription to correct the error of there software and lack of customer service this software is a scam I wouldn't recommend this to any one |
