Will not use again,

I have used Webroot Spy Sweeper for about 4 yrs and was happy with the product. This year I bought the new version because I was getting alerts that my subscription had expired. I bought the combo and I will use Window Washer but I will not be using Spy Sweeper. I thought that I could just put in my new code and continue getting up dates but Spy Sweeper requires that you uninstall the old version and install the new one. When I did that my machine locked up and I had to reboot. That did not fix the problem, my machine continued to lock up. I went into msconfig and took Spy Sweeper off the start up menu but when I used the program it put its self back in the start up menu and then it locked up my computer again. I finally took the program off and will not be using it. Spy Sweeper "help" said to uninstall and reinstall the program but I am not going to waste my time, I did that already with the same results. You may not have the problems I had but if you are running XP Pro and Kaspersky Internet Security you may not be able to you this version either.
