Webster's New American Crossword Puzzle Dictionary is great. It has a lot more synonyms than other puzzle dictionaries. I have been using the paperback copies for years and got tired of them coming apart so I decided to get the hardback copy. Well, the hardback copy doesn't last as long as the paperback ones. It split in two without a lot of usage. Hardback binding just isn't like it used to be--it's meant to come apart too.
