Almost a wedding disaster!, March 4, 2010
Well, what can I say? Although I generally buy online, it's a good thing we went to a local merchant to buy my daughter's wedding gown, as this arrived a complete disaster. It had been LITERALLY stuffed into a bag, inside out. I kid you not! It was a wrinkled tangle so balled up in the cheap netting underskirt that my daughter could not even try it on. I don't think I have ever recommended this before, but NEVER, NEVER, NEVER order a gown from this vendor unless you are feeling daring and order it through Amazon so you can send it right back (thank you Amazon!). BTW: we had a huge success ordering a tea length rehearsal dinner dress for my daughter through another Amazon vendor. It arrived in pristine condition & fit like a glove.
