Weddings yes, but in England,

I was concerned that Wedding Fashions 1860-1980 by Avril Lansdell might focus too much on one time period as some other books do. Wonderfully, she gives equal time to all the decades in the book. There are a multitude of pictures with detailed captions. The text is light but describes the basics of each era. She has done an admiral job in outlining the time periods with photographs as examples. The only disappointment was that the book deals soley with weddings in Great Britian. There was no mention of this in the title or description. It is still a good book for those interested in wedding fashions or photographs of wedding fashions.
