3 short stories about 1 wedding in Paris....Enjoy !,
By
This review is from: A Wedding In Paris: We'll Always Have Paris\Something Borrowed, Something Blue\Picture Perfect (Mass Market Paperback)
The concept is three short stories by three different authors about the same wedding. Gabe and Alexis are getting married in Paris and their whole family has come for a week to celebrate and prepare. The first story is of Alexis parents who are separated but with the magic of Paris and little match making romance happens. The second story (my favorite) is about the best man and maid of honor who knew each other in high school, find themselves in the city of love - great characters, and leaves you with a smile. The third story is about the Hotel Chief and Photographer/cousin of groom - sweet, quick finish to a great book.
If you enjoy this genre, I would also suggest; Crazy For You by Kate Angell, Spirited Away by Cindy Miles, See Jane Score by Rachel Gibson and Falling for Gracie by Susan Mallery.

Cute,

The premise: while attending a wedding in Paris, three American couples discover love. The three stories are all written by different authors, but have common characters in them. The stories are short, each at about 80 pages, so obviously there isn't a lot of room for either character or storyline development. The first two stories were fairly good - the third was the weakest of the bunch. It was a cute read, very easy, very short, and lacking a lot of substance. But, the cover is cute and it provides a diversion (not much sex action and no swearing) - a clean read and light.

These three interrelated novellas will please readers,

We'll Always Have Paris" by Barbara Bretton. Kate and Ryan Donovan dreamed of living Paris where she would follow Sartre and he would write the great American novel; instead of Paris there was Long Island with Shannon, then Alexis, and finally Taylor. They raised their three daughters always thinking one day there will be Paris. Now the couple is obtaining a divorce, but Alexis is marrying Italian Gabe Fellini in springtime in Paris. Forced together, this couple has a second chance if they take a chance on their love.
"Something Borrowed, Something Blue" by Marie Ferrarella. Marc Kendrick reluctantly flies in from Beirut to attend the wedding of his cousin in Paris. At the site of the wedding the Milles Fleur Inn he meets the chef Lacey Jessup. They have nothing in common except an incredible attraction that has both wondering about love at first sight. "Picture Perfect" by Cindi Myers. Shannon is irate with her boyfriend Robert Newhall, who called her just before she was leaving for the airport to fly to Paris that he was not coming as he was to busy. At the hotel in Paris, Joshua McClintock from her high school says hello. Shannon is stunned that she crosses the ocean to find romance with the boy next door. These three interrelated novellas will please those readers who enjoy attending a wedding especially one in Paris as the flavor of the city enhances the pleasant contemporary romances.
