I just got the Wedgwood dynasty pattern for my belated wedding china, and it is wonderful. The pictures on the internet just do not do justice to how truly beautiful it is. It simply gleams on the table, and the classical Chinese dragon pattern is perfectly executed. What I really love about this pattern is that it is clearly gorgeous fine china, but not stuffy or prissy or excessively formal. It is exotic and fun, and it can be used for more casual dinners with friends in addition to formal holiday affairs. It strikes a great balance between contemporary and classic, fun and formal, east and west. This is undoubtedly the hippest fine china pattern I have even seen, yet it is beautiful and classic enough that I am confident that it will still look great in 50 years. Wedgwood really did a great job on this pattern!
