We use this trailer for the past 2 months daily, averaging about 10 miles per day. My boys - 3 and 5 year old - just love it and don't want to get down. I am surprised to read the previous review that the product broke after a few uses. My neighbor also owns the same trailer for the past 5 months and never had any parts broken. I am actually getting the second identical trailer, so my husband and I can go for the ride with our 2 kids at the same time. I highly recommend this product.

We purchased this product for our 4-year-old daughter so that we could go on family bike rides again (having grown out of her seat on the back of dad's bike). The product was shipped via UPS and arrived in a pretty sad state. The box was open on the top, and at some point during transit the instructions and anything else that was small fell out. The manufacturer sent out a copy of the instructions (for the co-pilot, not pro-pilot), and after confirming that nothing critical was missing, we hooked up the trailer-bike. Our daughter loved the bike, and pulling her and the bike was surprisingly easy (the trailer-bike is lightweight). We had exactly two rides (neither very long) and the wheel seized completely while we were riding! Luckily we weren't going fast and we were reasonably close to home. We returned the product to Amazon, and received a full refund with no questions asked. Our daughter was very disappointed that we had to send her bike back.
