This is by far the best exercise video I've ever used, and I can honestly say my day at work was better when I started it off right with a few minutes of stretching and gentle exercise. This video won't sit around and collect dust. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE re-release this video. My tape broke not long ago, and I dearly miss my morning routine.

I have had this tape for many many years. It is the best & easiest yoga tape for people who don't have the 80-90 minutes in the morning to do yoga. It takes just 15 mins. You don't have to be an expert to start or know any of the postures. Once you learn some of the postures you can do them anywhere. I do my treadmill first for 30 mins then I do this tape. I recommend this tape highly for people that only have 15-20 mins tops. It covers the full week & everyday it is a little different. It is not fast paced, so it's easy to pick up the timing. My original tape is wearing out, had to purchase another. I wish it would come as a DVD.

For years I have recommended this video to tons of friends, not realizing that it was unavailable. In 1987 I was in a car accident and was seeing a chiropractor for muscle spasms in my back. After weeks of seeing him the pain never eased, and I dreaded going to these sessions since the pain afterwards was much worse. After two weeks of doing Raquel's simple stretches for 15 min. ea morning, my back felt strong, healthy, and pain-free!! In addition, the benefits of deep breathing and gentle stretches are an uplifting and energizing way to kick-start your day with a feeling of physical health and mental clarity! Even good for body builders who need to take the time to stretch out their over-worked muscles in a gentle and safe daily routine. This one deserves to be in the collection of anybody concerned with overall health, and peace of mind. Bravo Raquel!

I have Raquel's yoga book, the full length yoga video, and for years have wanted the "Week with Raquel." I see it as the ultimate exercise video for everyone to stay flexible, supple, lean and ultimately inspired by the supreme example of a woman's body in tip top shape after 40! We all want to look like you Raquel! Please make this video available to so many who long for an inspiring workout every morning. Janna Ames

I discovered this VHS exercise tape in 1998 (in an old bin at the local grocery store), it was the best workout tape I had "ever" purchased (I have many). When the tape was destroyed I was grieved, because it is the only program that I ever followed consistently, and actually saw results. It's a very low impact, but deep, effective body changing workout. I cannot understand how this tape has not found itself on store shelves.
Well, I told my doctor about Raquel's workouts, and it caused me to begin my search on the web...a miracle find -- thank you seller! So, I bought one for each of us...because its great and takes about 20 minutes a day, which is amazing!

I used this exercise (yoga) several years.It works!It is 15 minutes a day........

Boy, oh boy, I figured I was the only one in the world who bought this video 15 years ago! I, too, wore out 2 copies of it and haven't been able to locate another in years! Has anyone emailed Raquel to let her know how badly we all want a new copy? Heck, I was in good physical shape when I first started using this tape and after a couple months was getting comments about how great I was looking! I want another tape!

i used to have a copy of this video but when we moved it became lost- thank you for having a used one - every morning i would rise and do this tape before heading off to work, it not only does what everyone else has written but it relaxes you also,PLEASE reissue this tape

Have the book and it is great advice about beauty and health, but I have never been able to get a copy of the video. Help!
