Every time I fill this one, the Backwards Sunday throws me for a loop!
J. Snellman
These pill cases have fairly small compartments so if you take lots of meds and supplements or some pretty big capsules they don't fit easily.
C. White
The doors are difficult to open, and the plastic is so thin that when you try to open them, the doors fall of.

I received the pill organizers within a week of ordering them. Each compartment is large enough to hold all of the pills that have to be taken each day. The only negative I could find is that the Sunday compartments open in the opposite direction from the other days. This is a slight problem when I am filling the compartments. On a positive note each day can be removed and taken with you when going to the store, shopping or visiting. One does not have to take the whole week with them. I would recommend these to anyone who has to take multiple medications every day and not all at the same time.

I found this to be a decent little pill organizer, of a nice compact size, but with 4 compartments each day, which is what I needed. I was looking for a different colored one for my Dad's PRN (as needed) pills to put in his medichest in his Assisted Living room. They're clearly labeled, and I found the quality to be on par with other mediset/medichest items I've purchased. Each day's worth of 4 compartments comes out of the holder to bring with you if you need. For an inexpensive plastic item, I found the construction and quality to easily meet or slightly exceed my expectations.

However, Sunday opens BACKWARDS! I've been using and filling different medichest organizers like this for quite some time, and this one confounds me each time I go to fill it! Monday-Saturday compartments open from the Left - there is a small edge extending out to give you a grip to flip it open. But Sunday has the edges on the Right, so the compartments open right-to-left. Its really weird, and the only pill organizer medichest I've come across which is like this - perhaps all the others I have are the same manufacturer who does things differently. But I've got filling these things down to a science.... pop, pop, pop, etc to open them all up, go through each med, into the correct day/time, and snap, snap, snap to close them all. Every time I fill this one, the Backwards Sunday throws me for a loop! And if you're expecting it to open on the Left, this can really confuse the person who is trying to administer or get the pill OUT. The tabs of Sunday and Monday face each other, so you have to pry the day up, out of the outer case, in order to get a grasp on the edge to get the compartment open. Thank goodness my elderly Dad isn't doing this himself - he would quickly get frustrated.

Yes, the little tops on the Sunday row are backwards, but that doesn't bother me. I was looking for a pill organizer with 4 sections for each day, but that would be small enough to fit in my new smaller purse. This is just great! I really like that the organizers snap into a tray, so they are ready to go, with a light push on the hole in the back. No, the little tops or lids are not as sturdy as the ones on the big pill organizers, but it looks like they will last a year or so. I have to put the pills in carefully to fit them, but quite a bit does fit. I'm attaching a picture to show you, the pills that fit in one container of the row, one of the rows, and my Kindle next to it for a size comparison. This was just what I needed.

Just what I was looking for. I only take 4 meds a day and one of those 3xs a day this suits my needs. The fact that sunday opens the opposite way doesn't bother me. I was looking for something inexpensive and portable if I had to take it with me for a few days instead of carrying all those pill bottles. Each compartment holds about 20 baby asprin or 9, 500mg. tylenol and it's not that expensive like the other ones they advertise, you can't beat the price. I LIKE IT!

I bought two of these pill compartments one for my mother one for my father. They were way too small for my mother's pills she takes supplements such as coconut oil I could not even squeeze two capsules of coconut oil and one of her tiny pills such as a baby aspirin in one compartment. I bought another one from CVS which was gigantic and just the right size for her pills which she takes four times a day. I would not recommend these for anyone taking large vitamins or supplements for you cannot fit more than two in each compartments.
