Doesn't work, April 9, 2009
This review is from: Weigh Max 440 Pound High Capacity Body Digital Scales (Health and Beauty)
I was extremely disappointed in this scale. I noticed after the first use that it took multiple weighing for the scale to give a reading. You get on the scale and it immediately starts to calculate your weight but after a couple of seconds it shuts off. After doing this several times if finally gave me a reading but I haven't been able to get it to give me one since. I spent the money and bought new batteries for it (it takes 3 volt watch type batteries) but no difference, it still shuts off without giving a reading. I wrote the company but never got a reply. I would not recommend this scale to anyone, it plain and simply does not work.

Good product, bad instructions, February 25, 2008
This review is from: Weigh Max 440 Pound High Capacity Body Digital Scales (Health and Beauty)
Instructions mislead on battery use.Scales are accurate. Sometimes it is not sufficient to step on the scales to initiate the weighing but you need to a little lift and then drop it. Thus the missing fifth star.
