Calm, No-Stress Weight Loss,

This audio cassette features one side of standard hypnosiswhich works to enhance any healthy weight loss program. It'sadequate. What makes this tape worth purchasing, however, is the subliminal side. It features peaceful, yet energizing piano music with no annoying words the conscious mind either has to listen to or filter out. The subliminal messages work directly with the unconscious mind, which is the one doing obsessive over-eating. Whatever the messages are, the listener comes away feeling remarkably calm and satisfied for hours afterward. S/he notices repeated interest in eating only healthy food (lowfat proteins, vegetables, fruits and whole grains) in moderate amounts. She stops eating before she normally would, and she's interested in moderate exercise. I think this tape is a wonderful aid for anyone wanting to lose weight and improve healthy habits, but who normally finds doing so anxiety-producing or hard work.
