Lots of information on how certain herbs affect weight loss -- from appetite suppressants to metabolism boosters. I just added a few herbs to my weight loss arsenal. There are also a few bonus smoothies at the end and the green smoothie is one of my favorites!

This was a free book that I think would be better off as a pamphlet as it is too difficult to continually refer back to the kindle. Some new information presented but mostly alot of stuff I already knew but liked that it was all together instead of just in my brain or parts in this book and parts in that book.

I don't like to read a book whereby Im told from the beginning to start by consulting my doctor and ends up also by saying consult your doctor before using these remedies.For me it seems like the writer has copied the info from somewhere else,.I was not happy at all,Next time do some research and don't write about something that you scared of taking YOURSELF,
