I'm a huge believer in hypnosis and its positive effects. It's effected my life positively and I have seen the fruits it has had in the lives of others. I was very hopeful about this program, but it didn't live up to my expectations.

The beginning is similar to most other hypnotic CDs. You listen to a male voice count down as your body gets heavy and becomes more relaxed. Once the relaxation and countdown is over, the soft music continues for a few minutes and the suggestions begin.

The suggestions sound more like a spokesperson advertising a new weight loss program or sports car then it does a hypnotic suggestion segment. The voice was upbeat, preppy and kinda forceful as opposed to breathy, soft and relaxing. It was more of a distraction than anything. I tried to listen to this track about 3 times, but I just couldn't do it.

Again, great suggestions, good beginning, but the way its delivered is kinda poor. There are many weight loss tracks i would recommend before this one.
