This book has totally changed my outlook on dieting and weight loss. I have never found much help with the "diet" books out there but I had tried so many diets that I was starting to lose hope of ever getting myself healthy. I would try a diet and not really understand why I was doing what I was doing and would feel overwhelmed, and eventually just fall off the wagon.

This book explains a realistic and healthy approach to weight loss. And I've already started following the author's advice and have seen the results when I step on the scale. The writing is clear and the advice is sound. I am very happy to have come across this book, highly recommended!

If you've looked into actually eating healthy at all you've likely read the info in this book somewhere before. It doesn't provide a specific diet it just gives some solid guidelines for eating healthy by way of organics, cutting out processed foods and eating naturally occurring foods.

This book is simple yet effective. Each page inspires me more than the last to get serious about weight loss. The book features countless lifestyle tips to get you on track to a brand new you. I have many bad habits I've been doing for so long that I forgot they were bad! I now have the tools and will power to make the necessary changes to my life & diet, lose weight, and feel healthy again! Highly recommended resource for sure.
