Weight loss is right! I have used this tape for over three years and can't say enough good things about it. The music begins at a slow pace increasing to a mid point and decreases back to the beginning pace. All the while, Jane keeps you motivated with encouraging "pep talk" reminding you to breath, hold in your stomach, swing your arms, etc.. Two cassette tapes include walk times to fit anyone's schedule...20 minutes, 40 minutes to 1 hour. I actually dropped two pant sizes when consistently using this program. I worked myself to the 1 hour tape and found that when the weather kept me inside -- I missed my "walkout". Now, I use it on my treadmill since children have become part of my life and walking outdoors has become next to impossible during reasonable hours. I highly recommend this tape. I continue to try other walking tapes -- and always return to Jane Fonda's tape as my favorite!

This tape has kept me walking for 12 years. The music is upbeat, energetic and keeps me going even on my worst days. It makes walking easy because it has such a pronounced beat and the music is variable which makes it interesting. I use it outdoors and on my treadmill. It's great! I'm ordering another set because I've worn out my copy. Would love for Jane Fonda to do some more walking tapes.

This is my second copy of this walking tape. I wore out the first, after using it for many years. I love the beat of the music.

I have used this walkout tape forever. It is absolutely the best I've ever walked to...very motivational. Music is a little dated but perfect for this 51 year old!!
