Finally something that works the way it is supposed to! I do a short but intense workout routine and afterwards my muscles really feel it! The ingredient combination in the Jen fe Patch REALLY helps with recovery from my workout. It also helps me maintain consistent energy throughout the day and most definitely suppresses both my appetite and carb cravings! I LOVE this product and highly recommend it to those who are combining a healthful diet with a regular excercise routine in their weight loss regimen.

Just not really sure if this stuff is working or not. For 2 weeks I was dying of thirst and did lose 4 lbs only to regain it all, that just tells me that it was dehydration. They say it's supposed to give you a burst of energy but it never did that for me. Not sure I will continue to wear it, cause I'm still losing even when I don't put it on.

Wanted to update...I did lose the 4 lbs gained that one week by the next week. By the end of the 1st month I wasn't losing any thing else so I took a month off and I still continued to lose...slowly...and have not regained any of the 5 lbs lost while using the patch. I took a month off and I am going to give the patch another try for a month to see if it can help me lose this last bit I have.

So far so good...being back on them and lost 4 lbs the 1st week then 1.2 the next and that was with a mini vacation and cook outs...you have to work out with these as well or you won't see the results as well.

I might as well have a piece of Scotch tape on my arm. All I can figure is maybe they stick you with this worthless product so you'll buy the "upgraded" version after realizing that this one does NOTHING.

This product did absolutely nothing. No change in energy, appetite, I went back a couple times in the few days I used it to see if I was doing something wrong. I guess a product with no warning or instructions should be expected to have next to no impact. AWEFUL purchase.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS PRODUCT FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW AND WILL CONTINUE TO TRY AND LOSE SOME WEIGHT. I ACTUALLY HAVE NOT SEEN MUCH IMPROVEMENT.
