The 2.5 lb weight in this kit fits fine on a Body Solid gym weight stack. But the 5 lb weight does not fit properly. It is too wide and so it is off-balanced and sometimes falls off while the weight stack is going up and down. Strangely, the weights seem to be made by two different companies because of the names printed on them: Ader USA (2.5lb) and Gympak (5 lb).

I contacted the seller fitness-outlet and told them I would rather have two more 2.5 lb weights that fit properly than this 5 lb weight that is off-balance. But they ignored my email.

It got here on time. One says it weights 5 Lbs. One says it weighs 2.5 pounds. I put them on the scale and they weigh exactly that. They make exercise harder, which isn't much fun but is exactly what they are supposed to do. So, I give it 5 stars
