I was looking for a "catering set" of flatware for parties. I ordered two of these sets. For the price it is such an outstanding value. Nicely weighted, not 18/10 but I would say maybe 18/0 - or 18-8. They are not flimsey.

Great deal. One of the reviewers said her set was all scratched. I had scratches on one piece which quickly was taken care of with some steel wool.

I have checked around all of the discount stores and for a set of 12.. this is by far the best thing I have found. They are nice looking too!

These are very heavy and durable and I love them. I am now about to buy more of the small spoon only, simply because they keep disappearing. lol
These are not cheap quality at all VERY DURABLE, very beautiful and if I bought them priced right.

I always read reviews before buying online. I hope my feedback helps prevent you from making the same mistake I made. The silverware came grouped together by rubber bands and shrink wrapped in a bundle. There was no commercial packaging. Unfortunately, it was scuffed up and horrible looking from not being in protective packaging. I am annoyed because I am having a dinner party and needed that
silverware. I packed it up and plan to return it. Now, I am going to to be inconvenienced big time. I have to run around town with my children trying to find a retailer who still has silverware to sell a few days before Christmas.

This product arrived with handles all scratched and scuffed. It was not from shipping, it was just bad product. I returned it and don't recommend anyone wasting their time on it. I guess you get what you pay for.

This product was a little heavier than expected but it works well for our every day use.

I bought this set back in September/October this year and really liked the look, feel and weight of it and thought I really got a bargain. However, as I was unloading my dishwasher this morning, I noticed a bunch of rust on the knife handles. This set states "Stainless China" on the actual flatware, not "Stainless Steel" so beware - very misleading. Now I have to throw this set out and buy an entire new set. My bad for thinking I was getting a bargain. It's true, you get what you pay for.
